Lephalale Mall | Moolman Group


Lephalale Mall developed as a joint venture agreement between Moolman Group and Uniqon. Phase 1 (15,800m2) was opened successfully on 27 November 2012, with a bouquet of 30 leading retailers and national anchors such as Game and Shoprite Checkers.

Due to very favourable trading conditions for existing tenants as well as high demand from other retailers, construction of the second phase of the mall was commissioned in January 2014.

The second phase are anchored by Pick ‘n Pay, Woolworths Food and Textile as well as Edgars (2,500m²). The size of the centre increased to almost 37,000m².

Other Retailers include Legit, Fochini, Totalsports, Exact, Markham, Fashion Express, John Craig, Nandos, Chesanyama,Crazy Store, Panarottis, Baby R Us/ Toys R Us, Shoe City, Drimac, Cape Union Mart, Trappers Trading, Cross Trainer, Matrix, FNB, Nedbank, @Home, CNA, Bargain Books, Ackermans, Mr Price and many more! Relocation and expansion of Jet and Identity.

Construction commenced in January 2014, with the new phase opened on 26 March 2015.
