Lephalale Mall
Lephalale (formerly Ellisras) in Limpopo is set to experience all the benefits of a landmark regional shopping centre which will be developed on a 12 hectare site in Onverwacht in the greater Lephalale area. The first phase of this shopping centre will comprise between 32,000sqm and 35,000sqm with construction of the centre earmarked to commence in the early parts of 2011.
This development is a joint venture between the Moolman Group, Flanagan & Gerard and Uniqon.
