The Moolman Group acquired a 25% stake in black-owned and managed Manaka Property Investments (Pty) Ltd in 2007. This BEE venture has shown remarkable performance and has grown from zero to assets of more than R500 million in little more than two years.

We are proud of our association with the shareholders of Manaka and expect the company to experience significant growth in time to come.
